General settings

To access it you have to navigate to the Tournament / Tournaments / General settings Admin Panel → Tournament → Tournaments → General settings

Single Tournament Background

Here you change/add single tournament header background. The following information is required from you to enter:

  • Upload an image - with the suggested image size: 1920x600px;

CTA Top,Left & Right Buttons

Here you can customize the header top, left & right CTA buttons. The following information is required from you to enter for each button:

  • Link title Link URL Show / Hide - toggle this so the button is displayed or not

Tournament list background/cover

Here you can edit/customize the background for the tournament list page. The following information is required from you to enter:

  • Select a banner image - with the suggested image size:1920x600px;

Tournament list title/subtitle

Here you can edit/customize the information for the tournament list page. The following information is required from you to enter:

  • Title - i.e. Latest Matches & Results

  • Subtitle - i.e. This is a live update of matches our teams playing right now

Add tournament

To access it you have to navigate to the Tournament / Tournaments / Add tournament

Admin Panel → Tournament → Tournaments → Add tournament

Here you can add a tournament. The following information is required from you to enter:

  • Cover - with the suggested image size: 1920x600px;

  • Logo - with the suggested image size: 151x45px;

  • Banner - with the suggested image size: 1200x480px;

  • Thumbnail - withe suggested image size: 660x310px;

  • Tournament name

  • Location - Enter the location of the tournament i.e. Belgrade, Serbia

  • Start date - Select a start date for the tournament

  • Choose a game - If your list is blank go back and create a game first

  • About - Enter the description for the tournament

  • Social networks - Enter the social network URL links

  • Team number - Amount of teams allowed for tournament participation ( this is static information, be aware that you might have to update this yourself )

  • Group number - same as for team number just for groups

  • Prize pool - the amount of money you’re offering up in total

  • Round rule text - text for a number of rounds or any other rule you want to present Round rule number - value info for the info stated above

  • Tournament status - select between one of the three options - upcoming, started, finished

Congrats! You’ve finished creating the first part of a tournament. Now let's begin with the rest. The following info you are required to enter after creating this tournament is the following by clicking on the tournament that you’ve created in the tournament list:

  • Click to manage teams - Add in teams that are participating in the tournament

  • Click here to manage brackets - Manage the brackets for the tournament, quite an easy system to figure out. Just click the plus and minus option to create more parts of the brackets, enter the team names and & enter the score result. The winner is automatically posted based on the score you enter.

Add Groups

To access it you have to navigate to the Tournament / Group / Add groups

Admin Panel → Tournament → Group → Add groups

Here you can add groups for a tournament. The following information is required from you to enter:

  • Group name

  • Select the tournament - select a tournament to which this group belongs

Congrats! You’ve finished creating the first part of a group. Now you need to enter the following two pieces of info for it, to do so select the created group and click the manage groups button:

Manage which teams belong to this group and with that information enter the current statistics for the team at hand.

  • Select team

  • Win

  • Loss

  • Draw

  • Points
